Dr. Sunshine

Mr. Peanutbutter has that confused look on his face because he was listening in on our conversation during our sunrise walk. Mrs. Dr. Sunshine and I were discussing alternatives to current medical treatment of myriad conditions. We often catch ourselves using terms like new, modern, traditional, and conventional to describe various schools of thought. The catch is that what was new and modern not too long ago I now often think of as traditional. And now the really new stuff we are discussing currently sometimes seems very old, like on the order of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Some of it is TCM, as well as some other modalities. However they all are based more in self-healing and nature, which may seem quaint or even backward compared to Modern Medicine. But then there is one more twist; the application of quantum physics, which is simultaneously old and new. It has been around since the beginning of the Universe (if there ever was a beginning), but we are uncovering new discoveries in the quantum realm on a daily basis. So, is quantum biology Traditional Medicine or Modern Medicine?
