It seems to be the beginning of the end for ski season, sadly. The local ski hill is officially posting up "TBD" for hours of operation this week. Historically that is not a good sign. But the chickens have plenty of room to roam and their egg production is already ramping up. And that means high protein fuel for spring mountain biking!
