What more is there to say? On the one hand, it's great to have these nice days to charge myself up on a work day. On the other hand, I develop a bit of FOMO when I have to work on such a nice day. Indeed, the day kind of dragged and I felt a little in a funk. I suppose I should have made better use of my breaks. It felt like there were a lot of little things to take care of around the house so I did not get out as much as I should have, and I think my mitochondria are letting me know. Note to self: no skimping on the walks and the grounding breaks tomorrow. Now watch it rain buckets all day!
