Live for Today

Hmm, before I get too excited about this gorgeous morning, perhaps I should check the upcoming forecast? On second thought, forget it! That is such a defeatist attitude, right? Today is beautiful, soak it up and enjoy it! The weather might (probably will) take a turn for the cold and rainy (snowy) next week, but why should that have any bearing on the here and now, other than make a concerted effort to take it all in, that is. On that note, I'm going to keep it simple and leave it at that.

Not sunrise time, but I couldn't resist sharing a picture of Chunk imitating a chicken. Unfortunately I was a little slow on the draw and missed him right in the middle of the whole crew sharing the kitchen scraps.

With warmer temps grounding wasn't such an impressive feat (haha!) today. Feel free to let me know if you want me to stop sharing pictures of my ugly feet. Ask all you want, but the Dad jokes won't stop.
