Day 53, or, Winter is Back?

Speaking of words mattering, what the heck is this?!?! There is white stuff on the ground, but it sure ain't snow! It's like sand, or ground up safety glass. Yeesh. I suppose as long as I can ski on it, I'll take it. We'll see if the snowcats can push it around and make it presentable.
