Fishing was a little bit of a bust today, but apparently I at least got a healthy dose of infrared light. It is sort of like the Superman of the EM spectrum; not stopped by clouds, clothing, or eclipses (well, maybe eclipses). It is commonly considered heat, but it is so much more than that. One of the big things it does is supercharge the water in our bodies, and makes it essentially a battery. Our bodies, after all, are electric and we reliy on this bio-battery. Add IR to the mix of grounding and electron-dense foods, and you'll be fully charged in no time.
