It is the lament of all CNY children: the prospect of snow on Halloween, and/or all the planning of a perfect costume destroyed in an instant by the parental command to don the winter coat while begging for candy. And here we are. Although it remained cold all day, fortunately it only snowed this morning, which didn't bode well for my morning routine. No grounding and no fire today. We did have a little redemption in the form of a beautiful sunset illuminating wind swept clouds en route to taking the Little Sunbeams to go trick-or-treating with their friends, so that was nice.
