A Glitch in The Matrix

Although I am open to hearing anyone's evidence for the theory that we are already living in a simulation, that is not a glitch in the matrix. Both cats were out this morning and particularly full of beans, chasing each other through the brush. But, if we are in a simulation, why can't we have just a little more sun around here? That's my case against the simulation theory.
